Every blue token counted!

Our Secretary applied to the Tesco Community grants programme in the middle of last year.

We set about asking (begging!) every one who shops at Tesco to not forget about putting their blue token in our box! I know that every time I went in and checked with intense interest to see which box had the most tokens and every time it was us! It was very exciting and waiting three months and a little more to find out if we had actually come on top was very suspenseful!

We are very grateful for the incredible support of everyone who dropped in their tokens for us, we are very pleased to accept the grant into our account and it will be specifically spent on baby essentials as stipulated in our application. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
